Please note: Event-day rental rates start at $20,000 and increase based on the estate. Setup and strike days are offered at reduced rates.

Confirm your guest count.
This ensures we only present properties that can comfortably accommodate your group and helps determine accurate rental fees.

Tell us about your event.
Wedding, corporate gathering, fashion event, product launch, milestone celebration — the more detail you provide, the more proactively we can present your event to the owners.

Share your transportation flexibility.
Some estates have restrictions on valet or street parking. Let us know if shuttles or alternative transportation plans work for you so we can match you with properties that align with your needs.

Step 2: Scout the Property

Once we have your event details, we’ll prepare a scouting agreement outlining the estimated rental rate, fees, access dates, and times for your review.

Visiting the property in person is strongly recommended so you can experience the layout, flow, and logistics before making a final decision.

We charge a scouting fee to compensate our reps for their time showing properties. If you book an estate, this fee is credited toward your rental fee.

Step 3: Finalize Your Booking

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll confirm all rental details, including:

  • Setup, event, and strike times

  • Maximum guest count

  • Music end times

  • Parking and transportation plan

  • Rental fees

  • Site rep fees

  • Cleaning fees

  • Preferred security team requirements

  • Refundable Security Deposit

The contract is signed directly between you (the client) and the homeowner. Once approved, all payments are processed securely through our ACH system.
