Perfect for weddings or parties, the estate accommodates up to 140 guests for a seated wedding or 200 for a cocktail reception. Host ceremonies, dinners, or cocktail parties on the large ocean-view patio, with full access to the home, including the marble master bathroom for getting ready and a recreation room with bar, pool table, and big screen that can serve as a green room.
