Steps to Rent a Private Property:

Please inform us of your guest count – we suggest beginning with your higher estimate.

What kind of event are you planning – wedding, birthday, product launch, or anniversary celebration?

What are the start and end times for your event – when will guests be arriving and departing?

Do you have any architectural preferences?

Which area of Los Angeles will the event be held in?

Please provide client information.

How will your guests be arriving – via shuttle, valet, or Uber and Lyft? Our homeowners will inquire, and some residences may not be able to offer valet services due to neighborhood restrictions.

What type of music will you have – live music or a DJ?

What are your setup requirements – will you need access the day before for lighting, generator, and bathroom setup? The more details you provide, the better we can communicate with the homeowners.

What is your rental budget – property rentals begin at $18,000 per day for smaller events and can increase significantly. Some property rentals are considerably higher. Rental rates are influenced by guest count, access, and the pricing that each owner wishes to set.

We are in competition with filming industry rates, which helps keep our rental rates competitive.

Once we identify the appropriate properties for your event, we will summarize everything in a scouting agreement. This agreement will detail the estimated rental rate, associated fees, guest count, event hours, type of event, access times and days, and whether there is a scouting fee for showing the properties. If our clients choose to rent an estate, we will apply the viewing fee towards the rental fee.
