Gianna & Company does not provide event planning services for estates rented through our portfolio. However, our experience with private residential properties helps clients and planners understand important requirements from the beginning.
This approach helps create a smoother experience for homeowners, planners, vendors, and guests.
Rental Information
B030 BA is one of our more exclusive private estates. Ownership considers each inquiry individually.
Rental rates depend on the scope of the event, guest count, access needs, event hours, setup, teardown, and overall property use.
For qualified inquiries, Gianna & Company presents the event details to ownership. We provide rental information after the homeowner reviews the request.
Private estate events require most infrastructure and services to be brought onsite. For that reason, we generally recommend keeping the location fee at approximately 25% or less of the overall event budget.
Scouting & Booking
Once we identify suitable properties, we provide a scouting agreement.
The agreement outlines estimated rental ranges, event parameters, access windows, and viewing fees.
If you book a property through Gianna & Company, applicable scouting fees are credited toward the rental.

Gianna & Company has access to thousands of private estates across the Greater Los Angeles area. To help us find your ideal property, please provide the following details when you inquire.
Guest Count
Your highest anticipated number of attendees.
Event Type
Wedding, birthday, anniversary, corporate event, product launch, proposal, automotive press event, or influencer event.
Event Schedule
Start and end times, including guest arrival and departure.
Event Style
Ceremony, cocktail party, seated dinner, or other.
Setup & Load-In
Will you need access before the event for setup? Teardown is required the day after the event.
